Chinese* - Sweet and Sour Chicken, Fried Rice, Lo Mein, Egg Rolls, Wantons

Some filled with banana and some filled with cream cheese and chocolate.
Next time we're going to try banana and chocolate combined.
This was just the first batch, but there are none left.

Mexican: Tacos, Enchiladas, Flan and Sangrias

Taco meat, refried beans and Chicken Enchiladas

The Chicken Enchiladas came out really well.  It was layered like a lasagna so you just served yourself a spoon full.  The Refried Beans were from a can.
Pulled Beef
Beef Round Roast Slow Cooked for 8 hours. Delicious.

Sour Cream
Lettuce

Pico de gallo
Salsa
Jalapenos
Simple Guacamole (smashed avocado with some lemon juice and salt)
