Mexican: Tacos, Enchiladas, Flan and Sangrias
Next sunday we'll try to take photos before lunch instead of after we're done eating.

The Chicken Enchiladas came out really well. It was layered like a lasagna so you just served yourself a spoon full. The Refried Beans were from a can.
Pulled Beef |
Beef Round Roast Slow Cooked for 8 hours. Delicious.
